Using this site
By browsing or ordering here you agree to these terms. Gossamer Creations is a small handmade goods business in Antioch, California.
Products and prices
Everything is made by hand, so colors, finishes, and small details can vary a little from the photos. That is part of the charm. Prices are in US dollars and can change. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
Orders and payment
Your order is confirmed once payment goes through. We may cancel and refund an order if an item turns out to be unavailable or a price was listed in error.
Shipping and pickup
Orders usually ship within a few business days. Flat rate shipping and free local pickup in Antioch are both offered at checkout. Once a package leaves our hands, delivery times are up to the carrier.
Returns
If something arrives damaged or wrong, tell us within 14 days and we will make it right with a repair, replacement, or refund. Personalized and made to order pieces cannot be returned unless there is a defect.
Custom orders
Custom work starts once we agree on the details and payment is received. Because these pieces are made just for you, they are not refundable after work begins.
Events and workshops
Seats are limited and held once payment clears. If you cannot make it, let us know at least 48 hours ahead and we will move you to another date where we can. If we cancel an event, you get a full refund.
Our artwork
The designs, illustrations, photos, and text on this site belong to Gossamer Creations. Please do not copy or resell them without permission.
Limits
We do our best, but this site is provided as is. Our responsibility for any order is limited to what you paid for it. These terms follow the laws of the State of California.
